What is home watch and what service does home watch provide? 

Our Home Watch service is designed to give you peace of mind while you are away from your home.  We can also service homes that are occupied.  The broad definition of Home Watch is “A visual and physical inspection of a home or property, looking for and preventing obvious issues.”  Which means your home is being looked after by a professional looking for and preventing potential hazards.  Our company has designed a checklist based on the average needs and maintenance of a home and we work with homeowners to provide a custom checklist based on individual needs and concerns.  If a situation does arise, you will be notified so the problem can be dealt with in an efficient and cost-effective manner.
