Service Plans:

• Weekly, bi-weekly or monthly property visitation with home watch inspection completed with each visit.
• Specialized, custom tailored service plans are available for all needs and accommodations within reason.
• Payments start as low as $38 per visit for basic inspection checklist, increases will occur depending on total square footage of home and property, added home amenities/utilities, custom/added items on checklist, special requests and expansive coverage.

Inspection and Care Provided:

• Check mailbox/front property and secure mail and packages inside the home/building.
• Physical inspection of front and back property for miscellaneous items, areas of concern, potential hazards, litter, vandalism and damage.
• Inspection of property line, walking fence line/perimeter wall looking for damage or potential hazards.
• Water all planters/potted plants and any other specified vegetation, basic landscaping, yard maintenance and cleanup (front and back yard).
• Physical inspection of the entire home/building perimeter checking all windows, doors and sides of building for any potential problems, vandalism and damage.
• Inspect and activate all exposed exterior plumbing (hose bibs, spickets, sprinkler and drip systems), checking for leaks and potential problems. Providing maintenance/repair to minor leaks.
• Check entire property and home perimeter/exterior for insect/pest infestation.
• Physical inspection of pool/spa and all associated pumps, vacuums and hoses.
• Walk entire interior perimeter and check for existing or potential hazards and damages.
• Check entire interior perimeter for insect/pest infestation.
• Activate all faucets, sinks, showers/baths and connections to running water to prevent traps from drying out and to prevent sewer gases from entering the home. Cleaning build-up/calcification and closing all drains after use.
• Check all exposed interior plumbing for leaks and look for signs of internal plumbing issues.
• Brush and flush all toilets, inspect toilet plumbing and add toilet cleaning solution to prevent build-up/calcification.
• Check HVAC for proper working condition.
• Check all appliances for potential or existing issues (refrigerators, freezers, washers, dryers, dish washers, water heater, water softener, reverse osmosis, garbage disposal), checking for leaks and running water through refrigerator drinker, washer, dish washer, RO, and garbage disposal for basic maintenance.
• Water/maintain interior planters/potted plants.
• Inspect ceilings for roof leaks.
• Change HVAC filters as needed.
• Start and run vehicle(s) reporting all maintenance alerts (if applicable).
• Light cleaning/housekeeping as needed (dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, etc.).
• Inspecting and reporting on all other home services scheduled. Such as landscaping, pool service, etc.

Basic Concierge (separate fees apply):

• Stocking items such as sundries, supplies, foods and drink (any other specified items, etc.).
• Entertainment/restaurant recommendations and reservation accommodations.
• Scheduling other services/maintenance (Plumbing, HVAC, landscaping, etc.).
• Ensuring your home is stocked and prepared to expectations for your arrival, other accommodations upon request.
